We are excited to Welcome Ranger Russ from the Meig’s Point Nature Center at Hammonasset State Park aboard the train on March 5th for a fun family experience.

Join us for a 2 hour ride through the Connecticut River Valley as we explore the beauty of our natural surroundings in winter with Ranger Russ as our tour guide! Keep an eye out for eagles and other wildlife along the way!

Snakes on a Train!?!?!  Yes!!!!

Ranger Russ will host a ½ hour presentation about native snakes of the area and have some on board for up close and personal viewing! We can’t wait to learn more about our scaly friends and how to best live in harmony with them, as well as which ones to avoid!
